The Fypon Balustrade System is made in the unique Molded Millwork process. High density polymer material is cast around galvanized steel pipes in balusters, around galvanized steel pipes or heavy duty vinyl pipes in top and bottom railings and around heavy duty vinyl pipes in newel posts. Rails and newels are reinforced with PVC. Porch posts and load bearing balusters are reinforced with steel. You can't get any more sturdy than that.
